Worlds Best Cobbler

My mom and my grandmother made this cobbler all the time! They would call it, a cup, a cup , a cup cobbler. The good about this dessert is you can make enough for a crowd or just enough  for one person. Its always the same, 1 cup milk, I cup sugar and one cup self- rising flour, so depending on how many people are enjoying this dessert you can adjust fruit and cinnamon, and use a little less vanilla, but I love vanilla so just adjust to desired amount! I love the combo of peaches and blueberries but especially in summer you could use plums, strawberries or blackberries. Just whatever fruit you love! Getting the edges nice and crispy make this cobbler all the better, this is where that beautiful cast-iron comes in! Every BBQ I go to especially in summer I’m always asked can you bring your cobbler!! I always say “ YES “ now you can too!!
