This pork is so good and can be used in so many ways! Growing up in Kentucky we always had pork around in some form, could be walking around the barn or could be in the freezer! This type of pork really needs good seasoning and slow cooking process to get the most flavor and tenderness. I made this for my daughters 18th birthday party and my guests told me it was the best thing they had ever had! That’s a big statement, let’s just say it’s really good!
